“Relaxing, small but good gym, sauna, pool and outdoor fireplace. Particularly grateful for the very helpful and understanding staff. Updated room was pleasant, water pressure and temperature appreciated after a long day out the cold. ”

“The TV turned on several times during the night, I think a guest in the next room was trying to turn their tv on (I could hear them moving around) but their remote turned my tv on. I turned it off with my remote and they turned it on again - very very annoying. I told the young woman at reception who I thought could have reacted better, with more empathy and potentially an apology (but didn’t).”

“We had a great 2-night stay at the Parkview. The room (suite 3) was comfortable and incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat away from any street noise. The bathroom was newly renovated and lovely. Though we didn’t use the kitchen, it was well-equipped for anyone who might need it. The bed was super comfy, and we really appreciated the easy late check-in process. The staff we encountered were all friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend. ”
