Pictures are deceiving ,cleanliness needs improvement bathroom glass was full of old toothpaste & gunge .towels were dark in colour fior me that’s says a lot as dark towels hide stains,bedding needed ironing full of creases Pull out bed wasn’t the best,the cover over it was full of stains & in need of a wash ..Only positive was the apartment was warm Bedroom door handle locked we were unable to get into bedroom or bathroom the owner advised to force the door but don’t damage it ,My husband went to a neighbour on a lower floor & got pliers to remove handle this took a while to do in between contacting owner eventually removed handle & got it open we had to hang around while this was done using up our valuable time for sightseeing. If you got the instructions to enter property earlier than the day you arrived as my messages didn’t come through in time had to message owner to gain access & a friendly neighbour helped .The Wi-Fi code could also be left in the property wrote on a card . Ideal location for getting around,but very disappointing for all 3 of us .

Schöne Wohnung - gute Lage

Das Haus sieht von außen nicht sehr einladend aus. Innen ist aber alles o.k. (Flur/Aufzug) und die Wohnung ist wirklich ansprechend. Für uns zu zweit war der Platz völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnung geht zur Straße raus, aber es ist nicht wirklich laut. Das Stadtviertel Epalot ist sicher kein wohlständiger Bezirk, aber es wird viel verbessert und es wirkt sehr lebendig. Uns hat es gut gefallen - klare Empfehlung.

Appartement au top

L'appartement est très beau, très lumineux et en parfait état. Il fait bon y vivre ! Le propriétaire est disponible, très sympathique et arrangeant. Et la localisation est idéale pour visiter la ville, juste à côté du métro Empalot, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. Nous recommandons !
