Beautiful Exceptional Mansion of 600 m² just renovated and located in the heart of the regional natural park of Tourouvre au Perche, a territory both rustic and chic with, at each street corner, a masterpiece of the 16th or 17th century. A golden triangle of the Province between Mortagne-au-Perche, Bellême and Nogent-le Rotrous located 1h30 (130km) from Paris by car. In the most beautiful town in France, we can accommodate up to 15 people.
Close to the shops, the forest of Bellême, the plains of Rémalard, and the old town of Mortagne, let yourself be tempted by the curiosities of Bourbonnais: castles, Gallo-Roman sites, walks in the forest, fishing and gastronomy...
Ideal mansion for a family moment, a seminar or to celebrate a particular event. An escape 1h30 from Paris, in the heart of Perche, for your professional and private events.

-The kitchen can be opened to the dining room with a dinning table.
-Living room with two sofas, a coffee table, a very high definition 4K flat screen TV with more than 100 channels with a functional fireplace.
-Glass veranda bathed in light and covered with equipped kitchen. There is another dining table located in the living room.
-2 terraces: One on the right: terrace under pergola with BBQ. One to the left of the building.
-1 shower room and 1 integrated WC.

-1 master bedroom with king-size bed (180 * 200 cm) with 1 shower room and 1 integrated WC. There is also 1 small connecting room which has a bunk bed for two children (120*90cm). Travel cot also available on request.

Offering a comfortable and spacious living environment, this mansion can accommodate up to 15 people.
Travelers have access to the entire accommodation, without restriction. However, the mansion is not wheelchair accessible.
Entry to the apartment is from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and exit is at 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Please arrive on time for your check-in to avoid additional costs.
ATTENTION: For check-ins between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., a supplement of 50 euros will be immediately requested. For any entry after 10:00 p.m., a supplement of 75 euros will be requested. No entry possible after 23:00.
