“Exactly as described and right on the river. I enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning watching a small herd of elk across the river and listening to river run past. So peaceful and you could walk anywhere in town within minutes. Side note: it is the lower unit so upstairs guest can cause some noise with walking across the floor but it’s still five stars worthy in my book.”

“The house is located on the beautiful river and was very comfortable and clean. The property manager was very responsive to questions asked. The house was well equipped for cooking and bathrooms were well stocked. Excellent house for 6 adults and close to park. ”

“Very comfortable and quiet, perfect after a long day in Yellowstone. The back patio with river view was really relaxing. Watching elk swim the river was a bonus! Kitchen well stocked with anything we could want. The ice coolers and bear spray was appreciated as well.”

It is located just a short drive from Gardiner and used to be a working ranch. Really added to the sense that you are "away from it all". Enjoyed talking with one of the owners Chuck and used his recommendations to find a place to spot Grizzly bears from a distance. His history of the ranch was interesting. ……
