“Was very clean ppl were very kind. We had an issue with the heat in the room and they immediately moved us to another room and helped settle us in there. They are doing some enhancements to the place that will make it a standout from other places in the area. Jade”

There are no customers in other rooms, and it is still said that there are no free rooms to replace. They rejected your request very calmly. There is no better word to evaluate them. I read the reviews on our way there and glad I had the heads up on no staff present, challenge on finding the chalet once we arrived as well as where the rooms are and getting code to unlock the door. Thank goodness we found a local number to call in one of the emails. The lady stayed on the phone until she directed us to the right building, room, and explaining lock mechanism. All this being said - we found……
