Mountain Dreams is just that and it is right in the heart of Townsend, TN - it just can't get any better!

When you step onto the wrap around porch, you are entering your very own Smoky Mountain Dream. This charming 2 bed/2bath cabin is the perfect couple escape for a romantic getaway or grab your best friends and make it a couple's weekend or if you just need a place to escape in solitude this is "the one". Back for a second year

This was our second visit to Mountain Rest and I’m in the process of making another reservation for next year. It may be the cleanest place we have ever rented and it’s situated nicely in the woods.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time exploring SMNP and the surrounding area. The cabin was in the perfect, quiet location. It was clean and the kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. We appreciated the refrigerator filtered water and ice maker. We enjoyed sitting in the rockers on the porch each night. The only inconvience with a party of 4, is you need to walk through the king bedroom and bath to access the other bedroom and bath unless you went outside and used the outdoor access to the second bath. We had to bring the rocker from the bedroom into the living room to have seating for 4. Those inconveniences did not take away from a wonder getaway.

Truly a Mountain Dream!

This cabin is SO cozy and beautifully maintained! The owners and manager are so very friendly and accommodating, ready to help in any way if they are needed (even though we had no issues). Such a great week!

Worked great for us has good parking for visitors coming and going and cabin is located near stores and restaurants but still secluded.Clean well kept property.No issues and will use again!

Uncomfortable

The cabins deck was nice. We could not get comfortable watching TV as it’s up so high our necks hurt. We both had some kind of allergic reaction inside the cabin. Not sure why? Left a day early so we could relax comfortably at home. Also manager accused us for bringing a dog over 20lbs when she already said it was fine upon inquiry. Will not rent from her again and would not recommend this cabin if your older and need comfort.

Absolutely perfect

This place was absolutely amazing. The house was perfect for my mom and me and my little dog for the weekend. The house was very “ homey” and so cute. It was decorated so pretty. Extremely clean. I always take my own pillows and blankets but this time they were so clean I didn’t mind using theirs. The location was perfect also. I cannot say enough good about this house. I will definitely be staying there again.

Mountain Getaway

Mountain Dreams was exactly as pictured and described. Everything including the property was clean and well kept. Everything you need to enjoy a Smoky Mountain get away. I hope to return next year.

Very clean on one level

This cabin was very clean and comfortable. The layout is a bit odd as you walk through one bedroom to get to the other but the second bedroom is also accessible from the outside. The kitchen is well stocked. Not far from 321 but it feels isolated. A short pleasant stay
