“The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again. ”

“Everything was perfect. We worked with the owner of the property through VRBO and it was very easy to communicate, ask questions and get answers. We visited twice prior to our reservation date to get a feel for who would sleep where of the 40 folks on our list of invitees. The owner was always very accommodating. The entire experience was so relaxed and stress-free. The pool, the hot tub, the lake. So amazing. Thank you so much Tony and VRBO!”

“We loved the house and being able to dock our boat all week was great. Public boat ramp right across the cove so it was only a couple mins by boat to house. Very quiet neighborhood and all the people in the area were friendly and welcoming. We did not realize that the garage was not accessible and that made unpacking the truck with a weeks work of cloths and food a little more difficult. ”

“Perfect home for a family gathering. The dock was excellent with plenty of water toys; pool table was a hit along with the variety of indoor games; the screened in porch was awesome and so important to keeping out flying critters.”

“We loved our stay at this property! My friends and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend swimming, kayaking, and enjoying the sun on the deck and private dock. The outdoor amenities were great. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and tools, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We did have an issue checking in due to the keyless entry getting jammed. We were not able to get into the home until a couple hours after check-in since the host was out of town. However, Andrew was very……

“Overall we had a good time during our week here. The weather was cool for August and we had some rain but we still spent a lot of time on the water. This is a very quiet part of the lake on a side creek. The dock was good for swimming and we had no issues mooring a 25 foot tritoon there. The interior of the house was more dated than we expected but things still worked and it was clean. There is a very nice new big screen TV. The outside of the home did not look as if it had been cleaned……

We brought our boat and it was like having the lake to ourselves. I would recommend this location and stay again! Be warned that you need to find a place to store your trailer. The community doesn’t allow them to be stored in the driveway (crazy in a lake community)”

“That’s right every morning coffee/tea on front porch. Very peaceful , the traffic was sporadic which was NOT an issue. Short drive to Kerr Lake and shorter drive to Dollar General. There’s a nee Mexican restaurant that was very good and service was fast . It opened July 2025 and our party of ten had no complaints. Hope you get a chance to see the sunset and sunrise the next day. The kitchen is fully equipped with drip coffee machine, mixers,place settings, dishes,toaster and dishwasher. ……
