“The house was lovely and warm and inviting on a chilly Goulburn day. The owners were helpful and nice. The beds were comfortable.”

“Check in was simple. The home was extremely inviting and well appointed. Wonderfully peaceful. The only complaint we would have is that the BBQ was filthy and the heating elements were falling apart. It obviously hadn't been cleaned under the hot plates for a significant period of time. The only other problem we had was that in the bedroom next to the master, the hanging rail fell down as it didn't have all the screws required to keep it in place. “When we finally worked out where the house was on this desolate property, we were greeted by a dilapidated boxing bag and home gym on the balcony. Inside we discovered a filthy kitchen, glassware and cooking utensils, stained cushions, carpets, chairs and couch, horrendously dirty inside windows, a desolate deck, dismal firepit area, and a creepy caravan in the bushes. No charming vistas, just a grotty dam and rubbish. To be fair, the bathrooms were modern and clean. The beds were also……
