“Incredible view. Home was very clean and everything was in perfect working order. Bathrooms and kitchens had every item we needed. Entire home was furnished comfortably. Private hot tub was great, and the shared pool was too. We will recommend this place to friends, and would definitely stay again. ”

“This place was amazing for our family vacation! There was my son and his wife, my daughter and her husband and my 2 yr. old grandson plus my husband and I and it was more than enough room for everyone. The host sent a message to say we could check in early, which was a blessing after driving 5 hours. They provided and thought of everything necessary to make this an easy and enjoyable stay. From kayaks, fishing poles, games, down to paper towels and and firewood for the fire pit. My kids said……

“Our stay was excellent! The treehouse was super clean, the hot tub got hot fast, it was just private enough, beautiful location and easy to find. The only drawback for me was that I thought the bed was uncomfortable, but that is so subjective so I’m still giving this a 5 star review! ”

“It was the perfect place to stay while visiting Sewanee. We were allowed to bring our dog and there were great spaces to walk them. Great tv room with a big screen to watch football. The kitchen was set up very nicely. We will definitely book again. ”

“Amazing stay! Was sad when it was time to leave, dreamy, cute, clean, and amazing waterfall on the property. If we didn’t live 12 hours away we would be back all the time. ”

“Beautiful, tucked away property with great views of the lake and I-24, perfect for couples or individuals. The location is close to Chattanooga but far enough to feel like an escape when your ready to leave the city. Thank you! ”

“I will definitely be returning in the future. My stay was not nearly long enough. It was a magical ambiance. A couple critiques (though minor) is they could put up string lights over the hot tub fire pit area as it was a bit dark. Also it says it’s sleeps 4 but there’s only one large bed and a couch that’s not the most comfortable for sleeping. ”
