“We have had the pleasure if staying in two different properties owned by Andrea in Pella Iowa. Both times we have been impressed by the hosts responsiveness and kindness even before our arrival. This charming Modern and cozy retreat is exactly that! The kitchen has everything you need. The coffee bar is a wonderful source of enjoyment. “Location is everything--so easily walkable to downtown (2 blocks)! We came a week before the Tulip Festival and had wonderful weather, saw beautiful tulips and had lovely pastries. Host left us pastries and drinks which was a nice touch. The house had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Clean, well stocked, it was just as the photos represented. The ramp outside was a winner as we traveled with a senior that sometimes uses a wheelchair. Host was very responsive both before we arrived and……

“A bunch of college girlfriends met up to reconnect and relive some memories from years past The cottage was a place to land, share stories, and catch-up. Some of us stayed overnight Friday and Saturday. All of the amenities were great! We made a breakfast bake in the kitchen and had snacks around the island later in the day. Lots of seating and comfy couches. The shower upstais has a handheld wand shower head and beautiful tile. Was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time together. ”

Now don’t get me wrong, we were never bothered or actual saw our host but she did communicate with us. Making sure everything was going smoothly and that we could reach her.The house was great and in a super location to some fun shops and places to eat, we would stay here again. “The accommodations were wonderful!! Oversized living room with book and board games and the patio and pool area was a hit for everyone plus the game room was a great area and lower family room. There was something to do for everyone!!! Definitely recommend it!!”
