“This is a well-equipped and nicely furnished condo that is a 5-10 minute walk to the chairlifts and Day Lodge. It is modern, clean, and quiet at night The gas fireplace adds ambiance and keeps the whole apartment warm. I have 2 criticisms:1. There is an ongoing large-scale construction project directly across the road, less than 100 meters away. Unfortunately it partly blocks the view, but more important is the noise factor during daytime hours. Don't plan on an afternoon siesta until this……

“This property was just as quiet and close to nature as we had hoped. Even with a music festival running for three days 2 km up the road, we heard nothing, the tiny house being in a deep dip. We had a beautiful deer and small black bear visit over the course of our stay. There is a viewing platform level with the tops of the fir trees up the steep hillside. We enjoyed a couple of the books provided by Phil in the cabin. As the amenities are intended to be basic, we would recommend taking any……

“Fantastic stay all around. Owner was very responsive. The hose is beautiful. Everything was as advertised. Super convenient to RED Mountain Resort. Rossland downtown was very close. That was all we were looking for so I can’t really speak to anything else but would stay again in a heartbeat. ”

“Nice place, short walk to the lifts, clean, easy access. No hot tub and no bbq. I saw hot tubs in the picture and assumed there was one. The description is correct as it does not list one. Read the fine print.”
