“Overall, this house is really unique and beautiful. The location to town is great (about 10 minutes). It would make for a fun spot to have a bachelorette or yoga retreat! However, the home was not fully cleaned before our arrival which was unfortunate. I wish the property had been assessed more before our stay because the house really is great and if properly maintained could be a top stay. ”

“First time we were in the hot tub was at night so did not notice until the next morning that there is a webcam pointed directly at the hot tub. That is the only web camera on the exterior of the property so it felt creepy. It would’ve been less so if it was disclosed beforehand. I like to give the benefit of the doubt that the owners simply have concerns about people damaging or misusing the tub. But not disclosing makes it unethical in my opinion. There are amazing views of the mesa and the Rio Grand gorge from the very private hot tub and back yard. One of the best VRBO’s we have ever rented. ”
