“We we forced to change apartments on our second nite stay which was worse apartment. It was not furnished like the apartment in advertised pictures, no tv, no microwave, no toiletries, etc. Basically a cut price version of the apartment advertised. I believe they had overbooked as we contacted before the stay to cancel which we refused to do and so were shifted to this below standard unit. ”

“Apartment was fabulous and well maintained .. a few things could have been better managed :- - Exact building and unit number should have been provided before check-in - Host could have installed drinking water filter - Host could have kept some plates, salt, pepper, napkins etc.”

“The location is great—it's near Ben Thanh market, and the condo is surrounded by multiple shopping plazas and convenience stores. However, what you see in the photos is not the same as what you get when you check in. The host allowed my family to do early check-in which was great since we traveled with elders and a baby. The host provided towels and toilet papers as requested promptly. There was one hiccup with the shower head and was addressed by the host within 2 days. I would come back but……
