“Immediately upon walking in, my boyfriend & I adored the fun decor & MI rock collection. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, the bed was super comfortable, & the building location was fantastic! (Just minutes from several local cross-country ski tracks & some of my favorite rock hounding locations!) The only issue we ran across is that the shower likely needs replacing. But overall, really enjoyed our stay & we hope to be back in the future!”

“We loved this apartment! It is super clean and very modern. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect and convenient to everything downtown Houghton. Our son is a freshman at Michigan Tech so it was great to be so close he could walk down to see us at his convenience. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance. “There is only one window and it's in the bedroom. Well appointed and comfortable. Easy walk to downtown stores and restaurants as well as the waterfront. We hosted a dinner one night with another family and it had a very well stocked and spacious kitchen, very comfortable accommodations, super clean and away from the hustle and bustle of Houghton during Grad weekend but only about 15 minutes from campus.
