Was NOT a resort! Floor, walls, bathroom looked as if not cleaned. Ceiling was bubbled from leaking. Walls had plugs to cover holes and hold wallpaper up. Did not have an elevator to get to second floor. Staff didn’t care about my concerns. Front desk didn’t know how to print a receipt for the stay (business trip)

Did not even clean the jacuzzi. Brown came out of it and they blamed it on the pump. Steve at front desk didnt say sorry but maintaince man that tried to clean it did. We waited for them to clean it . He said it was good now. We filled it with water and still brown flakes all over the water. The floor carpet was all stained. The floor was ripped as well. Bathroom was not clean . Toilet still had feces on side of it. Staff acted like we were the problem .How hard is it to have a clean room??? I took pics as well but wont let me upload. I would never recommend. Had to battle to get our money back as they wasted 2 hours of our night and we went somewhere else. Glad we left this dump! When we arrived a birthday party took over the entire open lobby space as well as pool. When we walked into the hotel we could tell it wasnt a warm welcome at all. I dont normally leave review. But beware of this place at all costs!!! We are even locals that live 20 minutes away trying to celebrate with a jacuzzi room .Not here i would not go!!!

Annual Friends Weekend

Always great hospitality at All Seasons! Hotel is clean, rooms are nice (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker), comfortable beds, pillows not so much, clean bathroom, breakfast is good, pool and hot wonderful in February, staff is very friendly and helpful. Always enjoy our stay!

Property was very dated. The walls in the room were so thin that I could hear everything the people in the surrounding rooms were doing. Breakfast was pretty gross but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The heater was so loud that I could barely sleep as well. Not the best experience but it was just for one night so it could have been worse. At least it was clean.

The check in was great and the worker was very friendly! I didn’t check out the amenities as I was anxious to settle in. The room and bathroom seemed quite clean. The room I had was equipped with a door to an adjoining room (I was not using that feature). Being a female traveling alone I wanted to be sure the door was secured but found that it was very loose and could easily be pushed in from the other side. It appears by the deformity in the door latch that may have happened before. As I attempted to settle in to sleep between 9:30-10 pm, the man in the adjoining room could be talking so loudly that I thought he was in the room with me. Then he turned his tv on quite loudly for several hours. I am somewhat hearing impaired so I know it was loud. Moral of the story is that the walls are paper thin. Nothing against the gentleman in the next room. The breakfast the next morning looked amazing and had many hot and cold choices.
