You will love this SUPER CLEAN Luxury Home with 2500 sq feet, 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! 10 minutes from downtown TC, this home is steps from the famous paved Tart Trail bike path, and only 3/4 mile from beautiful East Bay beaches. This house is situated on a very large wooded lot with newly paved driveway, floral landscape and grassy front and back yard.

The Traverse City Tart Trail is a paved bike trail running from Acme (east side of town) through downtown TC and continuing all the way up to Suttons Bay with many restaurants, shopping, and beaches along the path.

Our home has a fully stocked kitchen including blender, toaster, Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers, and vegetable steamer. Kitchen has quartz countertops and all stainless steel appliances. Gas fireplace in family room. Game room has ping pong table and game table. Living room has 65" flat screen smart tv. Master bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and game room have 43" flat screen smart tvs. Bluetooth speaker / soundbar, Wifi, and cable included. There's even a full-size grill and patio

Whether you want to take a ride on the Tart Trail or head to the beach, we've got you covered. We've stocked the house with bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys! :)

Ride your bike down the bike trail to many restaurants ~ even mini golf!, 1/3 mile from convenience store / pizza place, 3.5 miles to Vasa Trail, less than a mile to Mount Holiday ski resort which includes snowboarding, skiing, and tubing. It's only a 1.5 hour drive to Boyne Mountain Ski Resort and 45 minutes to beautiful Crystal Mountain Ski Resort. There's even a Walgreens and Redbox 1/2 mile from our front door.

There's lot for families to do, including playing mini-golf or climbing the now world-famous Sleeping Bear Dunes. (featured on Good Morning America). We're right around the corner from Woodlands, which serves Moomer's ice cream! (voted best ice cream in America!) Even go back to the 1950s and stop in for a double-feature at the Cherry Bowl drive-in theatre or spend a rainy day playing laser tag or bowling.

In the mood for a day trip? Take a drive north and hop on the ferry to historic Mackinac Island, named one of the best islands in the world by the 2018 Conde Nast Traveler’s “Reader’s Choice Awards.”. Earlier this year the island was voted the #1 hottest U.S. destination for summer travel by TripAdvisor.

What a great area we have here up north! Outdoor recreation enthusiasts can choose from both summer and winter sports in abundance! When you need a break from the outdoors, you can take in a film at the downtown State Theatre (which was restored to it's former glory), tour a lighthouse, visit one of our many art galleries. Stroll through our pulsing downtown shopping district or stop into the shops, galleries and restaurants at the historic Grand Traverse Commons. Feel like exploring your inner-chef? We have a second-to-none farmer's market held every Wednesday and Saturday right in our own downtown. Carrying everything from flowers and produce to homemade soaps and local meats, this market features over 115 farmers ~ everything to make your dinner a culinary success.

This house was perfect!! In every way! We had a weekend planned to celebrate our 50th birthdays! The house was well stocked, more so than any house I have ever stayed in! Appreciated the snacks and Keurig Coffee pods! The house was exactly as described and just like the pictures. It was a perfect location. We don’t have any complaints! Finally! A place that was true to the description given. This home was definitely a beautiful, CLEAN, organized, and comfortable place to spend on our family vacation. We come up often to Traverse City and this was by far the best place we have stayed at. This place was fully stocked with just about everything you need to cook, clean or play, even bikes and beach supplies! Plenty of space and we had fun playing ping pong. The host responded quickly to any of my questions. I honestly have not one complaint or suggestion. This is a gem. Thank you again for the great stay!

Very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated house. Adequately stocked and in a friendly, quiet neighborhood close to hiking/biking trails and nice beach on Lake Michigan. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Great location and house layout for extended family gathering
We had a lovely stay! Jenn was so great at communicating and helping us navigate this vacation. The house layout is perfect for big groups and extended family gatherings. We hosted a BBQ on the back deck while the kids played in the back yard! One word of warning, the road in front of the house cars go much faster than the posted speed limit. It was not disruptive in terms of sound, rather just had to keep a close eye on the young kids we had with us. We will be back! Loved the house and the location.

Perfect location for the TC Marathon
The house was great and allowed the marathon runners and their spouses to relax in comfort before and after the marathon. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for all 12 of us. The house was impeccably clean and decorated very nicely. It is one of the better houses we have stayed in. I highly recommend the house, the owners were wonderful to work with and even checked in with us during the stay to make sure we were comfortable.

Great Place
The house was very clean and very well maintained. We ate most of our meals there and very much appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive with the few questions we had. The location was great - on a quiet road but not far from downtown Traverse City and Old Mission Peninsula. I would definitely recommend this house for any season.

Warm and Inviting!
This property was perfect for our family get together. Warm and welcoming from our very first steps into the home with so many thoughtful touches - a basket of treats, plenty of games, bikes, and everything we could need for beach days including beach towels for all 12 of us, a cooler and chairs. The property was clean and obviously well maintained, and perfectly located - far enough from all the traffic of downtown but close enough to be just a few mintues drive into town. Communication with Jenn was outstanding, always prompt and responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. We'd definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to visit Traverse City again!

Couldn’t Have Asked for Better
We had a group of 4 families with 8 adults, t kids ranging in age from 3 to 11, and an infant. This house was exactly what we needed as far as bedrooms for each couple, plus the basement room for all the kids. It was immaculate and incredibly well-stocked. The kitchen was particularly impressive; it was much better-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils than any rental I’ve been at before. The house was extremely child-friendly. The living room couches were leather, so very easy to brush crumbs off of, and while the whole space felt very homey, it was done with wall decor and a great color palette of cushions, throw pillows and blankets, rather than knick knacks or other potentially breakable items. It was lovely to walk in after a day of driving and not have to childproof the space. Jenn was wonderful to work with and checked in midway through to see if we needed anything or had questions. The location was great. I can’t recommend this property enough, it made our vacation exactly what we were hoping for!

We had a wonderful stay overall. Admittedly though we were a little grossed out that the comforter and shams are not washed between guests. 🤮 We also ran out of toilet paper in the main bath. There were not 3 rolls of toilet paper (just one full roll and one with just a couple sheets). Also the listing is misleading in that it states that it sleeps 14 but without explaining the additional cleaning and charge to use the basement.
