It has its own private river frontage and also adjoins state land, providing additional river frontage and hiking trails. Guests can enjoy activities such as hiking, kayaking, canoeing, inner-tubing, swimming, fishing, fly fishing, morel mushrooming, bird watching, and snowshoeing.

Located 1.8 miles from the Supply Road Snowmobile and ORV staging area and trails. It is 2 miles to the VASA Singletrack Trailhead for fat tire biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and hiking. Drive 3 miles to Ranch Rudolph horseback riding trails, and 10.2 miles to Flint Fields for the Horses by the Bay Horse Show.
