Conveniently located in downtown Traverse City between Sunset Beach Park and F&M Park. Short and easy walk to dining and shopping, several parks and beaches, the TART Trail and more. This spacious 1340 square foot handicap and stroller accessible main level condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, in suite laundry, and a large kitchen with snack bar overlooking a spacious open floor plan. Plenty of storage and room to relax. Updated flooring, furniture, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Nice walkout patio with sitting area.

We truly loved staying at this condo! Wonderful space, very clean, and well maintained. The neighborhood is adorable, quiet, and safe, with lots of trees and gardens. Very short walk to downtown and the lake. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and responsive hosts

We enjoyed our stayed, the location was perfect for our group! For the number of people allowed there weren’t enough towels and some were stained and thin. There were only 2 kitchen towels and one of them was stained as well. The refrigerator and freezer needed a good scrub out too.

Wedding weekend

We were in Traverse City for a wedding and stayed 2 nights. We loved this condo, it was very clean and spacious and well stock with everything we needed. The location was great to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Stay!

We had a great time staying at this condo as we stayed in one before, but it was on the upper level. This one was much more easier for my mom who had to use a walker and had a knee replacement. It is the perfect location if you want to be more downtown, which is what we wanted to do and kind of a central location if you wanted to go to any of the other outside places near city or the peninsula. Thank you!

Nice short getaway

Unit worked for our accessibility needs except for a walk-in shower. It was fine since we were only there a couple of days, but if longer, my husband would need a walk-in. But the condo was very cute and comfortable, and easy to walk downtown. A block away from the water.

The condo is well maintained and well located. The bay is across the street with a great view. Downtown is close enough to walk to at night.

Spacious condo

Place was spacious enough. Not trying to be negative or critical but, the place had a bad smell to it all the time. Not sure if there had been smoking allowed in the past or what. Front door was wonky, had to somewhat force it open. Place needs a deep cleaning, meaning pictures/decorations need to be wiped down. I’m sure it would be fine for most people. I’m also sure I could find something that I liked better. Despite these observations, I am not giving it a bad review.

Everything as described!

This condo was everything we expected it would be. It had a huge living area which made it super comfortable to hang out. It was close to all of the shops and restaurants but far enough away that it wasn’t a high traffic area. It was clean and felt safe. The only downside was the thin floors and walls. We could hear everything happening above us but overall we would stay again.
