We got to the hotel late. When we got to our room, it was in terrible condition. The toilet and bathroom wall was literally covered in sh! . When I showed the picture to the guy at the front desk, he was very apologetic. I would have left, be we found out there were absolutely zero rooms anywhere around Gaylord for 50 miles, that's why we ended up here. The carpets were filthy, dead bugs/wasps in the windows. Run from this place. If i hadn't had kids with me, i would have slept in my car.

Requested handicap access as I had hip surgery a few months ago. Our room was up stairs. Room was extremely hot even with heat turned down. TV didn’t work. Crumbs all over floor.

we booked this stay based on breakfast included. There was no breakfast. We booked double queen beds - and we were given a room with one queen bed. They were switching cable tv wires in rooms - and we were told not to go to our room yet because they wanted to make sure the tv worked - so we left the property waiting for them to fix our room that expedia had available when we booked. The girl was really nice.

The room was gross, smelled of cigarettes and had no TP. We refused the room and were provided a different room. The second room was better. However, this room had an over powering air freshener smell that put our allergies in overdrive, the bathroom vent fan did not work and the bathroom floor was mildewed. Overall, this place sucked.

Our room was spacious, and beds were comfortable, but sheets and pillows were stained (ugh). Carpet was shredding at the edges. There was dirt in corners. Everything looked poorly maintained. We have given this place a try, but have no wish to stay here again. Definitely NOT worth $100/night fee.

i stayed in room 103, the carpet was filthy, the bedding was threadbare and stained and dingy. the one bed you could tell had not been changed, there were pubic hairs in the bed. the stench walking in the door from chemical cleaners was almost unbearable. everything was sooooo outdated, a rotary phone!!?!? curtains did not shut all the way. the shower curtain was so black at the bottom edges. 1 hanger, 1 trash receptacle. the tv was good, plenty of hot water and the toilet and sink seemed to be clean. their “breakfast included” was a bag of pretzels, some kind of cookie and some black thick coffee from a very dirty pot. i would not recommend this place or at least that room to anyone. customer beware, ask to see the room before giving them money as they will not do a refund.

Toilet was tippy, needed a new seal. Door handle to outside was loose. I used a wooden chair to lock the door. Breakfast was a joke. Definitely not worth the money I spent on it. I’ll never return to this motel.

Bed spread, sheets, pillow cases and towels were stained. Way over priced for the outdated motel. Oatmeal snack for breakfast. It would be my last choice but you will be able to get some sleep.
