“This rental far surpassed our expectations. The location was peaceful, property was well maintained and home clean and very well appointed. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into what renters may want or need during their stay. The pond is well stocked for fishing and the pool, hot tub and covered porches provide a feeling of your own private resort. Jimmie was most helpful in providing support throughout our stay. A property!! Could not recommend more!!”

“Like many of the other review comments, the description and photos do not do this location justice. We booked this location for the Baylor University graduation and it created the perfect base for being close to the action (20 min to Baylor) while being far enough away from the bustle of downtown Waco. Would totally stay again. ”

“The bed was comfortable. The decor nice. Bathroom and kitchen supplies adequate. Kitchen table and sofa were a good size for two and comfortable. Nice and quiet. However, the shower and kitchen sink were on the primitive side and the whole place could have stood a good wipe down.”

“We rented the boathouse for our family for my daughter’s graduation from Baylor. It was perfect because it’s close enough to Waco but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Our family enjoys fishing and camping, so this location was perfect!! There are so many things to do at the ranch, everyone was entertained all weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly!”

“I love being just outside the city so this was a perfect location. It was still very convenient to everything. The house was clean with lovely touches. It felt like home. A horrible storm came through which took the power out for a little bit, but I even just loved being there in the storm. I can honestly see myself living in the area in the future.”
