Quiet cabin adventure

Nestled in the woods my rustic cabin sits on 104 acres in Delaware County NY. Abundant wildlife and fishing opportunities. There is a beautiful 18 hole public golf course just 5 miles away. We are also 9 miles from Oneonta NY and the same distance to East Sydney Dan and beach (which is a waverunner freindly reservoir and Sandy beach)
We have numerous hiking trails throughout the property. Enjoy and relax outside with a campfire on our deck with the calming sound of our babbling brook.
The cabin has electric and running water with a clean hot shower!! It sleeps 5 people....bunks and a futon. We do not provide bedding.....so bring your sleeping bags and pillows.
We have a bbq on the deck and all utensils and plates.
Kitchen is new with a small refrigerator. Please bring a cooler for your frozen food.
This is a true wilderness experience with some comforts of home.
The cabin has WIFI and a smart TV. You can use WiFi calling for your cell phones.
PLEASE.......if you are not the “OUTDOOR TYPE” then this may not be for you!!
The outdoor has bugs and an occasional mouse! Lol
The cabin is clean, comfortable and private.
