Nestled in the picturesque Treasure Cay, Abaco, and overlooking the tranquil harbor, this 2,100-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeping accommodations for 10, this home is perfect for families or groups seeking a luxurious island getaway. It has been thoughtfully rebuilt after Hurricane Dorian to provide modern comfort with an upscale coastal feel.

The upstairs features all main living areas, including a stunning master suite with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. Downstairs, two additional master bedrooms boast queen-sized beds, while a charming bunkroom with four twin beds is perfect for kids. Two full bathrooms complete the lower level.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, premium appliances, and all the cookware and kitchenware you need to prepare meals for your group. A wet bar with a wine cooler and sink provides the ideal setup for entertaining. For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, as well as linens, beach towels, and all essentials for a stress-free stay.

Every window in the home frames breathtaking views of the pool and marina, inviting the beauty of the outdoors in. Off the living room, a covered patio offers the ultimate outdoor retreat, complete with a grill, comfortable seating, and remote-controlled screens for added privacy and shade.

We booked Melissa’s listing last minute when the weather turned bad for us to cross back to Florida after staying in Elbow Cay for a few days. We are exceedingly beyond happy with this property! There was an included boat slip that easily accommodated our 34ft boat. It was incredibly safe feeling. The bestest part was that there was a commercial ice machine on property! Actually the best part was Marcellus, the property manager. He was very friendly and helpful. He also had a golf cart available for us to use (you have to pre-arrange that). Actually the very best best part was our host, Melissa who was super responsive to questions and accommodating to allow us to book an extra night because we loved the house so much. Exceptional clean and comfortable. Lots of space. Excellent decor. (Free beer waiting in the beverage fridge!)Treasure itself had a few restaurants but I think the real hero is its proximity to other islands if you have a boat. We were there for 4 nights and in that time we picked friends up from Marsh Harbour to taxi them to Green Turtle, visited the pigs on No Name, went to Scotland Cay sandbar, hopped back over to Firefly for lunch on Elbow, Nippers on Guana Cay. Palm Bay 7 is the perfect headquarters for your Abacos island hopping vacation! Definitely will be coming back!

Incredible in every way!

One of the cleanest properties I have stayed at in Treasure and I have been going there for 20 years. The unit is beautiful decorated and has everything you need. Location is perfect and having the slip right there is amazing. The pool is perfect after a long day of boating. Its very quiet and everyone I dealt with while there and the check in process was amazing! It was a wonderful 10 days at Treasure and the property was icing on the cake. Thank you to Chris and all those involved that were quick to help us if we needed anything or had questions! We will be back again!
