“What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+. Than out of the blue I find this beauty..... Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. Hot tub was amazing heated by a log burner. Comfortable seating area with a fire pit and bbq. The lake was massive……

“My family stayed in the property for over a month, while we explored Wales and visited some friends in the Swansea area. The small village up in the mountains was absolutely beautiful, and the check in process was simple with a lock box and independent arrival time. Lorna was responsive when we had questions and had reccomendations for exploring the area and restaurants.Anyone staying should plan on topping up the electric and gas immediately. “Very clean and well equipped. Check in information good. Getting information on how to check out at 1:55 in the morning was less than helpful as it woke us up. We have to leave some alerts on as husband receives medical alerts overnight. It may not be a problem for those who can switch a do not disturb on. Also had to message to request an internet password for the medical monitoring. Owner was very helpful and provided it straight away but it would be helpful to have it available if internet is……

Holly cottage has all you’ll need for either an active walking and sightseeing holiday or somewhere peaceful to relax, take in your surroundings and enjoy a very special part of the Brecon Beacons. “It was a nice house, well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout. I had two pretty comfortable nights stay. My only negatives were that I found it very chilly downstairs and the shower wasn’t the best (pretty basic). ”
