“La propriété est magnifique dans un endroit extremement calme, en pleine nature , propice au repos. C'est un endroit ideal aussi pour la visite de la région. Entre la montagne avec ses magnifiques villages et belles randonnées ou la mer. La maison est grande et spacieuse. La propriété est immense et chacun peut y trouver un endroit pour s'y reposer. Je conseille vivement cette location. ”

“Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Ein Minuspunkt war allerdings, dass es nur eine Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer gab. In den zwei Einzelzimmern (Kinderzimmern) gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur und locker 30 Grad Raumtemperatur dazu geführt hat, dass wir eine Matratze auf den Boden des Hauptschlafzimmers gelegt und so genächtigt haben - anders war es unzumutbar. Leider gibt es auch nur 1 Fliegengitter vor der Balkontür in der Küche, was……

“Our first views of the villa highlighted it's most amazing location. Conveniently close to the nearby Gualdo,with good road access, and yet located in the middle of the countryside with amazing views in all directions. We loved watching the sheep on the nearby hills, accompanied closely by a large flock of white egrets, the many jays and other birds passing across the property, and on one occasion the three eagles soaring above. The villa itself was very well maintained, comfortable and……

“Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder.”

“Struttura meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente, a poca distanza da tutti i principali luoghi da visitare. Quando arrivi qui ti si aprono davvero il cuore e la mente e puoi cominciare la vacanza in tutta tranquillità. Il signor Giuseppe e tutto lo staff sono stati eccellenti e gentilissimi. L’unica cosa che ci ha deluso è stata sicuramente la colazione: essendo garantita dalle 8 alle 10 dovrebbe essere rinforzata più frequentemente per consentire a tutti gli ospiti di poterne……

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano...
