“This was our 8th year on Beech Hill Pond and by far our favorite rental. The outdoor areas are astounding! The expansive deck, dock and sandy beach offer something for everyone. The floating dock was amazing and the neighbors even let the kids use their slide. While not too large, the cabin has everything you need: two bedrooms and a loft, plus open concept living. “Better than expected. Quaint little cabin. Cleanliness is a 10. Owner has gone above and beyond to think of every little detail. Decor is spot on. Private, quiet, and homey. Close to restaurant and within reasonable walking distance to the lighthouse! Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and will help you if you aren’t sure exactly where you want to go/so. We took some of his advice and it was worth it. “The stay was fine and the host a nice enough guy. However, just to lay out some facts: - The primary picture of the shed was taken before the units 1 and 2 were hung on the outside. The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden……
