The home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with so many extras—snacks, sodas, toiletries, spices, and high-quality towels and linens.We were especially impressed that the hosts took a suggestion we made during our first visit and added mirrors to two of the bedrooms. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests.Communication remains excellent, and……

“We stayed with a very large group of 21 adults and kids. The property was spacious and comfortable. We stayed during the winter, but I’m sure in spring and summertime with the lake. This property would be adorable. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade their beds and mattresses which are kind of old and uncomfortable.”

“My sisters and I wanted a place to meet that was half way between them and us. We found Paul’s Place! It was perfect! There were six of us, three couples. We brought games, but there are games there. The fish pond was fabulous and just so cool to be by. Walking on the paths was wonderful, we were treated by birds singing! We were hoping to see a bear, no luck, but lots of deer in the woods! It rained on day one, but we were fine! The house is well equipped, and it was very clean. The property……

“We enjoyed our stay at this homey, clean and interesting house. The description on the VRBO site was complete and accurate. Loved the classic woodwork in this home. Close to center of town but we are all senior citizens so drove rather than walk the hills, but it is close enough to walk if you don't mind walking uphill to return. Also appreciated the off-street parking.”
