“We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)”

“Fabrizio's place is just gorgeous. When we arrived, he gave us a detailed tour of the gardens and house, both of which are beautiful and have all conveniences. We enjoyed walking to the small and lovely town of Farnatella, and driving a few minutes to the gorgeous Lucignano. While he and his wife do live in the downstairs of the house, they have a separate entrance and were respectful of our privacy while we were there. I hope to return for a longer stay!”

“This property is several kilometers up a gravel road from Murlo, Italy. The road is okay but we got a little concerned after it had been raining for a while. The property is remote and near several hiking paths. It is great for people who want to get out and hike around the hills of Italy. The gardens are really nice. We would have spent more time outside if the weather had cooperated more. We went in the fall so it was getting a little cooler up in the hills. There was a nice fireplace that……

“Very detailed checkin instructions over email. On day of arrival, the hotel also left a letter at the front door as how to get access into the hotel. They also provide a free map with highlighted routes from hotel to the main square in Siena via walking (about 15 minutes). Highly recommended for family stay in Siena.”

“Our two adult children who were studying abroad met us here with our younger two children. We had two nights in a 12 day stay in Italy. Of all our stops, this was by far our favorite. The house was like a story book. The garden was so lovely, we spent an afternoon eating and sharing a bottle of wine. We were here in November and the weather was very mild compared to Chicago winters. Most of the stores and restaurants were open with far less people.
