“Great place to get away. It's close enough to Hollister that you can get in and out, but just outside enough that you can be fully inmersed in the peace and quiet. 10/10 recommend. Also, lots of cute bunnies in the backyard every morning”

“Apartment was modern, super clean, and quiet. Easy parking in lot nearby to building. Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. ”

“We felt like we were staying with family. Jaya and her husband were very accommodating into their very nice Loft apartment. The grounds and their house were very nice. There were oranges on the trees and grape vineyards in all directions. They discussed some upgrades that they have planned in the future. But it worked fine for the 2 of us as it is now. The Hot Tub was nice after the day of hiking at Pinnacles National Park. We would love to go back there someday and stay. The area around……

“We enjoyed our stay while we explored the surrounding areas of Monterey, Pinnacles Nat Pk and Pfeiffer Big Sur. The house was very accommodating, welcoming, comfortable and clean for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the putting green and corn hole in the enclosed back yard. Thank you! ”

“Great house in a quiet walkable neighborhood. There is a house nearby that sells coffee (which is allowed in Salinas) if you make a right out the front door. There is a Starbucks close enough Everything was well equipped and the owner was responsive. House has solar and a Tesla level two charger but sadly that was not part of the rental.. I am sure it would be more popular. Pool is awesome, backyard is clean equipped with propane lamp heaters, so a dip at sundown in august was extended longer……
