“The room was nice and clean but it was so HOT. The location has AC but it had been turned off for the winter. The room was terribly hot overnight, ruining my nights sleep. I opened the windows with hopes that it would cool down the room but all it did was let mosquitoes in. I then was kept awake by the >30 bug bites I got throughout the night. The staff was responsive.”
