There was plenty of room for everyone and the property was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all cooking amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were also very helpful for our group. Not familiar with the area, we weren’t sure what to expect. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Close proximity to everything we needed. Thank you! ”

“The location was very quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The only issues were the sofa was broken or becoming unstable, the washer was leaking and very loud when running, and the door to the downstairs bedroom was broken. However, the property owner was quick to respond about the issues and our stay was unhindered by these issues. Just in case it is an issue for future guests, I will add that the downstairs bedroom doesn't have a TV. All other……

“We had the perfect scenic getaway with all the amenities you could wish for. Beds were fabulous, the kitchen had everything we needed and the furniture and cleanliness was great! ”

“The house was very clean. The downstairs served almost as a second small private house with its own mini kitchen and two sleeping areas. My granddaughters loved the freedom to run and play in the large and lovely backyard (soft grass and lots of beautiful trees!). Krissia was very responsive and kind and even sent someone on our first evening to help us with the Roku TVs. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, too.”

“The property was great. The kids liked it and it was actually more than what our group of five needed with 4 beds and 3.5 bathrooms; we actually didn't use the downstairs bed. A couple minor maintenance fixes would have made this perfect. The communication from the owner was impressive too.”

“This house was very conveniently located to Mount Vernon, Manassas, battleground, and Fredericksburg. The owners had the kitchen, well stocked, including some spices. Our friends and I had a wonderful getaway at this house.”

“Check in was very easy and the host was inviting and kind but I ended up leaving the property due to it being a shared space rental, but that’s the only reason. If you don’t mind the shared space this is a great place with very kind people. ”
