“The check-in and communication was very easy. A great pet friendly place that sheltered us during Hurricane Milton while we had ti evacuate. The neighborhood is quiet. The views are great. The lake view and the greenery is gorgeous and relaxing to look at. A few minor maintenance observations that were communicated with the host. Nothing that took away from the stay or experience. Very quiet place and very nice and helpful neighbors. Everything was ready for us. Would stay again! ”

“Nice gated property and easy to check in. Convenient location in North Tampa. About 1/2 hour to downtown with much less traffic. Plenty of food/grocery options and unit has sufficient kitchen supplies. ”

“Having Steve with Kim of I trip three times now. I think that tells you all you need to know again the accommodations were excellent. The location was close to everything that we needed..I mentioned on the first day there The unit could use a new toaster perhaps and to my surprise when we returned from a golf game 5 hours later lo and behold, there was a new toaster sitting outside the front door. I believe that’s all you need to know about the care that itrip has for her guests. they go out of……

“FINE , BUT SINCE OUR LAST VISIT TO SADDLEBROOK THEY HAVE BEEN BOUGHT OUT ! THE NEW OWNERS HAVE ELIMINATED 9 HOLES OF GOLF AND RUINED THE GOLF COURSE ! AND , IF NOT A MEMBER NEITHER TENNIS OR PICKLBALL WERE AVAILABLE ! WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS RESORT !”

“This 2 bed 2 bath condo was perfect for our family trip. We had to book last minute due to conflicts with our pre arranged accommodations being cancelled. There’s security at the entry, the condo was very clean, we really appreciated having a kitchen that was very well stocked and the place was huge! The only thing that was the tiniest issue was the parking situation. There were not enough spots available for the number of units. There weren’t any over flow lots and people were just jamming in……

“The condo is located in a gated community. The entry and grounds are aesthetically pleasing; however, the condo building is dated and grounds are somewhat unkempt around the condo. The drainage pond and golf course grounds were well kept. The inside of the condo was clean, and towels and linens were plentiful. The patio was nice and nature sounds were relaxing. The condo had a good supply of dishes and glassware; however, there were few cooking utensils. Additionally, I purchased a coffee……
