“Little charming cottage, great Hostess Patti & Dave, clean, amenities & little lovely touches of Love that Patti has put in the decor.in back By the river in back with canoe, kayak to use. Like old Florida when you sit by river. The only down side was how close traffic noise was. We had a relaxing enjoyable stay.”

“Me and my husband decided to get away from the city life and go to the beautiful area of Brooksville to reflect, goal set and relax. This cottage was the perfect place! It’s a cute, quaint cottage that has everything you really need. Brian, the host, was extremely friendly, and helpful. The dogs on the property are adorable along with the chickens. “Unit was clean, very complete with everything you need. I went when it was cold, but I would think summer fishing would be good. Screened in porch is beautiful. Property manager was polite and responsive. Might be difficult to locate after dark, but GPS take you straight to the cottage.”

The townhome was very clean, fully stocked kitchen, 3 nice sized bedrooms upstairs with master on suite and another bath to share down the hall. 1/2 bath downstairs on the main level. Great community with two lagoons near the area, community pool with many shops. Host is a great communicator and very accommodating. Girls weekend was a blast thanks to this amazing gem Yvonne provided for us to stay! ”
