Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir mussten einmal das zimmer tauschen, da direkt unter uns in der Bar bis nach 11 Uhr abends laut gefeiert wurde. Das Zimmer konnten wir anstandslos tauschen. Frühstücksbuffet war auch reichhaltig.

Let me start by saying the staff were excellent. Having been at the hotel this time 10 years ago not much has changed meaning the hotel needs a serious refurb... We were a party of 20 for a notable Anniversary and we booked a package Room B&B and evening meal... Service for the meal was an absolute disaster with the guests of honour being severed last. They thought feeding the teenagers first was the way forward. The food itself was mediocre at best..and to be honest it wasnt cheap...Even at breakfast it was unorganized chaos with a line to get in despite free tables.. the food at breakfast was mixed..scrambled eggs were bland beyond belief.... sausages were FAB! I say without fear of contradiction it will be considerably more that 10 years before we return.

Great Spa/Food break

Lovely stay at the Knightsbrook. The Spa was extremely accommodating, I'm near the end of my 3rd trimester and was able to switch out one of the treatments to suit better, Laura is brilliant, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was pleasantly surprised in the Rococo restaurant. As a vegan I did not have high hopes that there'd be options for me but I managed to get dessert and all! Staff in all areas of the hotel are very attentive and pleasant.

This has become a regular stop. The calibre of stay is unbeaten and is fitting close when in Ireland for work. The greeting is always warm and helpful, all other staff are equally accommodating. This trip there were two small glitches, the bathroom need a deep clean where accessories meet the wall. And, cold plates at breakfast is not acceptable. That said, visiting the dining areas vis the grand reception is its own reward.

Lovely Stay

Really lovely large buildings with nice grounds. Very well priced a d lovely spa facilities included. Only downside was lack of places near by to go out and eat without having to drive, other than that, fantastic and the beds are great, really big!

We are regular visitors to the Knightsbrook Hotel. We find everything about the hotel,the facilities & most importantly the staff all so warm & welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough & would say if you are thinking of booking a break there just go for it. The hotel sits in nice grounds and presents easy parking. The reception is well appointed and a warm welcome usual service - thank you Miriam. The rooms are exceptional, well appointed and very special. Dining is a joy, the public spaces are their own reward, the fitness suite is great.

first things first a big well done to the staff polite friendly and generally nice people hotel beautiful room spacious and spotlessly clean we had trouble with our key card, every day when we got back from being out and about our card would not work … not entirely sure what was going on or wether it times out passed check out time at 11am but we were staying 3 days it became a bit of a laughing point in all fairness and the free pints of guinness soon made us feel better if you are staying at this hotel would highly recommend a car and there was loads of free parking a fantastic 3 night stay we had carvery on the sunday and i must say best carvery ever we also opted for the breakfast and there was loads of choice would highly recommend
