“Internet was poor, TV wasn’t working, restaurant was understaffed and food was cold. Had to request help each time we needed something. Poll was cold and so was jacuzzi. They don’t want to invest in a heat pump for spa. They use solar tubes to heat water so always Luke warm. Beautiful location but needs some training for staff to ensure customers feel important. ”
