Art at the front desk was and is a blessing. His kindness, warmth, and he was very welcoming. My vehicle broke down last Friday heading to Loveland from Houston TX and we were devastated. We were stranded here in Trinidad (we never been here) and I used up all of my AAA tows trying to get my vehicle fixed. Art went over and beyond to make sure my sonand I. He even called his mechanic to fix my vehicle and his mechanic came to the hotel driving from Weston. Our experience here was great. Thank you Art! More than Great customer service!

I could tell a lot of renovations had taken place, which I greatly appreciated because it's generally an older building. Everything felt safe, clean, and functional. Will be staying here again in the future.

The property is in pretty poor shape. Our room’s cabinet under the sink had its doors falling off, the room had items removed from the walls over the years without being repainted, and the walls hadn’t been painted in years! The floors weren’t particularly clean, but the sink, tub, and bed was clean.

They tried to charge me 30 extra dollars upon checking in because I have an emotional support dog. I felt scammed. I did not stay.
