The location is good, but the managing company was terrible.
Check in was from 3pm, but ourselves & 2 other guests were left waiting by the key boxes for 20 minutes (in the rain & cold).After lots of phone calls saying they were on their way, we eventually got our keys, but the person wasn’t very helpful in directing us where to go. Its a fairly big complex.
Apartment had a better than expected view, but lacked privacy. It was ground floor with lots of people walking by. One window without curtains, one which didn’t fit & was hanging off (think the track was broken). The bedroom had some light voiles, but considering there were 3 big security lights nearby these were inappropriate for cutting out the light. When contacting the admin to see if something could be done, they first said they would send someone the first night or following day, then they said they couldn’t deal with things at short notice & it wasn’t their responsibility. After about 3 days someone showed up & put some curtains in the bedroom, which almost blocked the light and fitted one curtain over the exposed window, which wasn’t wide enough to cover the whole window but a significant improvement.
The managing company were unprofessional and I am surprised that more people haven’t complained.
