不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
We booked through Expedia and solely relied on the pictures of the room for room selection. We specifically avoided a room with only one night stand where the 2nd person has to also craw over the 1st person in order to get off the bed. We elected and paid more for a different room with 2 night stands like what 99.9% of vacation and business travel accommodations.
Upon check in, we were given the exact smaller room with one night stand that we did not want, we fortunately were able to get hold of someone on the phone from this apartment but the person on the phone said the pictures don't necessarily represent the room a guest books and pays. This is blatant misrepresentation and a bait and switch tactics to charge more for the room and provide a lesser room in reality.
No paper towels or any paper goods was a minor inconvenience, we booked two nights but were given one set of cheap towels, we were told to air dry the used towels, It has been raining non-stop for days and the used towels did not completely dry for re-use.
We were instructed also not to leave trash in the trash can and remove the trash from the apartment when we leave. We are no vacation and not here to seek a cleaning job.
We believe this business is dishonest, unacceptable and unethical bait and switch business practice, though we were given the proper room that we paid for at the end after our repeated refusal to be cheated, the headaches, griefs, frustrations, inconvenience - Don't Book This Place!!!!!!
