LOVED the staff. LOVED the bed! It was the best night sleep of our 11 day trip. Breakfast was nice and everyone was so friendly. Great restaurant next door and a fun general store. The motel is old but we didn’t mind. It has a great view of the mountians. The water isn't hot enough for a good bath or shower. That took some joy away from our visit. The on site laundry room was very sad. It is a large room with 5 washers and 6 dryers. All out of order except for 3. Detergent dispenser out of order. The soft drink machine out of order. We made some great friends while we waited for the one working dryer :) Overall, we would go there again.

It could use a bit of TLC around the property. Laundry facility was out of order. Breakfast started 8am which was very late for people who would like to get an early start Front desk was friendly.

Our room was clean. Our king bed was comfortable and inviting with white clean bed linen. The hotel furniture and bathroom fixtures are dated, but clean. If you struggle with stairs, make sure you reserve a first-floor room, since there is no elevator. I hope management is saving to replace the carpet, it's a bit grungy. There was an area in the room where I tripped, because the carpet was not taught and bulged up. All and all, our stay for one night was fine for the nightly rate.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was friendly. Enter rooms through the hallway. Town was small. They offered continental breakfast. Hotel is only a convenient walk from a grocery store, gas station and coffee shop. You could see the beautiful sunrise over the mountains from most of the rooms.

Staff was friendly, but we had no hot water to shower after a day of hiking. The rooms were probably last updated in the 1960’s. Literally NO closet, there was a metal rack attached to the wall in the bedroom to hang clothes and the bathroom door stuck every time you closed it.

A decent place to stay the night. You get what you pay for. The bathroom was dirty hair on the shower walls and dirt all over the floor. The toilet was visibly dirty on the outside and inside. I always take cleaning stuff to clean the rooms so just take some if you’re staying here. The carpet was visibly stained all over. Definitely needs a remodel but they do charge pretty cheap in comparison to other places around. There was free continental breakfast with bread, bagels, coffee and cereal not bad to get you started. I won’t be staying here again.

I booked a room at this hotel, but when I got there the same day, the front office was closed for check-in and no one was available by phone. So I had to book a room in another hotel for the same night. The worst thing is that Red Ledges refuses to refund my money.
