They dont clean the room during the stay or even change towels (only when asking explicitly they bring it 6-7 hours later). The appartment says there is a fully equipped kitchen, but there was no pan at all and also no dish towel, soap or sponge The water kettle plug didnt go in the wall, they had to call the electrician to change the plug first (seriously?!). I asked for a quiet room. They said I have the quiet room. Well, the room was right above the restaurant and at the noisy main road where the bus stops and starts. The pictures let you think you have a view on the ocean, however you only see literally a square meter size of the ocean. The floor is so dirty, when walking once through the room with white socks, they turn black. There is no shampoo, only a soap for hand washing.
The only things that worked well was the AC, the hot shower and the wifi. And the location was good.
