“Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving vacation at this property. Fishing, kayaking, playing pool, games and more! The house is spacious. We cooked all our meals and could eat together at the large dining table. ”

“I bet this house is even better in the warmer months. We stayed in march, so it was still chilly in the mornings and nice during the day, but not warm enough to utilize all the lake location. It was perfect for my sisters and I to stay and visit for a long weekend trip. There could have been a few more kitchen items that would have made the kitchen more like your personal cooking kitchen but we made due:)I understand he has other properties as well in the area so we may check hose out for next……

“Great place for a fishing trip. Only changes would be new stove, smaller bed frame that fits matress in guest room. Not a must but screened in back porch. Boat dock was 5 star. Plenty of parking room. House was well stocked. We had a great time.”

“Great location, beautiful and peaceful spot on the lake. Great deck area on the water. Great kitchen with everything and more than you would need. I would suggest having more comfortable indoor seating. The sofa should be replaced. We would stay here again! ”

“Our family of 9 adults and 5 children had a wonderful weekend at Lake Norman thanks to the management of Avant Stay. The home was lovely, very clean with lots of room and a beautiful view of the Lake. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Brittany was very helpful. She responded to our calls promptly with kindness and expertise. Pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids as was fishing off the pier. Kayaks and paddleboards added to the lake experience and the grounds were well……

“Just a very few imperfections - light switches, cold pool (it was October though). But it was truly a Serene Villa and we would recommend booking asap.”

“We loved the property and we had a great long weekend. Located in a nice Cove, the dock was awesome. I had to hunt for one of the bedrooms. Did not realize that it was in top of the garage area. But other than that, it was great. I would love to stay for a whole week in the summer.”
