“When I got there, they ‘never got my reservation’ but also told me that the room with the queen bed I reserved wasn’t cleaned by their staff anyway. They had me go check a king room myself to make sure it had been cleaned, and it was warm, damp, and musty and the AC was barely kicking out cool air. They offered me that king room at a higher price (no discount for the ‘lost reservation’) and it all seemed like a scam. I got a refund from Expedia for my booking and did not stay there. ”

“I don’t think they wash the comforter and beddings. I see a lot of dirty marks and comforter was a mess. There’s a lot of cigarette burnt in the comforter. There’s dirty towel still hanging on the bathroom door. The bed was creaking everytime I move. I was alone so if you have a partner, it’s not good to have play lol😆 but yeah it was dirty. “Our stay was short but comfortable. We had decided to stay a second night which I booked through the hotel itself. When we checked in, I was told we needed to check out the next morning and check back in immediately. The next morning I forgot completely that I was to do that. Debbie, the assistant manager went to bat for us and told the manager we would surely be back. She took a lot of heat for us and I really appreciate it. We could have gotten back to the hotel that night to find our stuff……
