“This was the perfect little get-a-way house for our family. It was actually much larger than it appeared in the listing and we were very comfortable. As others have mentioned, it was very clean! We appreciated having the animal crackers to feed the animals that are right in front of the house. Cute as can be!! We also appreciated the suggestions in the information book for places to eat. The Table was great for breakfast. It is a VERY relaxing place! At night, it is so quiet and it gets so……

“We had a FANTASTIC experience booking with Jen, and the property was amazing. There were such great views and outdoor space that we enjoyed each day of our trip. The cottage inside was also perfect for our group. Inside the cottage included a spacious kitchen and dining area, a very comfortable living room (with a pullout couch), and two great bedrooms upstairs. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. All around, this was a great space for our weekend getaway, and we all left saying we can’t……

“Property was exactly as described. We loved the place! Debby is a great host and communicator.Fridge was stocked with soft drinks, water, coffee and filters and the spice rack was stocked with everything you need. We loved the fire pit and the beautiful view of the lake! It was very peaceful! During the day we saw bald eagles and osprey looking for fish. In the evening we enjoyed the whipper wills singing in the distance. Highly recommend this property!”

“This is a wonderful home for multiple age groups. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor- perfect for my 93 year old grandfather and my 78 year old parents who don't do well with stairs. The 2 downstairs bedrooms- where the game room and 2nd kitchen are located- worked perfectly for my sister and our kids (age ranged 13-26). And the master (a lovely, huge room on the 2nd floor) was a nice haven for my husband and myself. The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of places to store……

“Could use some updates but overall, great house. Owner was very responsive on any communication sent. Wish there was more than 1 tv during downtime for our group but we made it work. A little dangerous to walk along the roads. ”

“This place had all of the convenience of home and then some. Beautiful sun room that overlooks the pool area and river. Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating. We would highly recommend this property. ”

“Our daughter got married this past weekend. We were looking for a place that was pretty close to the venue since we lived out of town that would accommodate our large family. We luckily found this lake house at Badin Lake. It was absolutely perfect for our family and accommodated all of us. We love the game room and the view of the lake. Every day from every part of the house was gorgeous. We definitely will be back.”
