The house is clean, cozy, and very well appointed from the kitchen stocked with high-end coffee machines to the living room with an easily access bluetooth speaker and smart TV, to the comfy bedrooms with plush comforters and pillows. It's only 20 minutes to Jay Peak and just right for a family ski vacation. Thank you, Tom!”

“Stunning location! This feels like a home that a family has been very happy to have for decades and they've decided to share some of the joy and coziness of the property with others. The property is well maintained and situated on a peninsula on a lake that is gorgeous even when completely frozen. As soon as we got through the door we could immediately relax. “Terrific stay all around. Condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked and as described. Location was very central to Jay base lodges with a short 100 yard walk through woods to ski trail (and no walk / ski right up to condo on way back). Chris was great on communication throughout. “Excellent property for a family getaway. It is right by the river which makes it unique. Big enough to accommodate a bigger family or multi-family vacation. The cottage is within walking distance to the local grocery store and several eateries. Also perfectly distanced to other VT spots like Stowe or Burlington...which was about 1 hour driving to each.. “The home is located less than 10 minutes down the road from Jay Peak, making it ideal for ski vacations. There are plenty of bed for a big group, though (as the pictures show) they are somewhat oddly located. The floors in some parts of the unit are heated, which is delightful! My kids kept laying on the floor to get warm. The hosts were welcoming and helpful throughout the visit. One notable complaint is that the stairs leading down to the unit were pretty treacherous in the snow. My parents……

Loved the ground floor entry as we are in our sixties with knee issues. “This is very well equipped for the size. It was a good home base for skiing at Jay Peak, but definitely a bit tight for a family of 4 (I was expecting it to be this way as the photos really are very accurate for what you are getting). “We stayed here around Christmas time. We were skiing nearby. Location was great. With the snow the cabin was great for views. There were some issues with the internet/tv working for the first few days- but was addressed. There was a little issue with the shower downstairs leaking- we sent a video the first day but little could be done. Little issues ”
