“Loved our stay at Linus' Clubhouse on the river! It was so cozy, clean, with a great view. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of board games for enjoyment. We enjoyed sitting out on the front balcony watching boats go by and we did some fishing as well along the bank. Nearby you can by some bait, go to a grocery store, and try a local place called Market Grill for breakfast. There is also Cuivre State Park nearby if you would like to do some hiking that we enjoyed.……

“We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was even better than expected—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was perfect, close to the golf course, but still quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic to work with, very responsive and thoughtful, which made the whole process easy. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely enjoyed our stay, we would come back! Came for a wedding, but if we had more time so much to do- as the rental had kayaks and beach supply. Owner was great too. Sent recommendations & answered all questions! Only complaint is the check out process, it’s odd to me that they ask us to take the trash out and so many other steps (strip the beds, start the dish washer). We barely had any trash given there for a wedding, but super inconvenient as the dumpsters aren’t close or easy to……

“Charming and clean. It was so very nice to be able to give the kids a place to play and relax instead of trying to manage it all in a hotel room. I also appreciate that there was wood pile available for a fire and charcoal there for the grill instead of having to find those things.”

“The property was well eqpipped. Very clean. I appreciated the rules being printed for everyone with us to read. Very generous hosts. They left snacks and drinks for us. Questions that I had were answered promptly by the host. We had a great weekend celebrating our 17 year old's birthday. The house was perfect. ”

“This is a great place for a little weekend getaway. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub, by the fire, and looking out the huge windows. The hosts really make it feel like a home with personal touches and the place is well stocked with essentials and some extras. The one thing that we didn't like was that there was a tractor/heavy equipment nearby that was making a lot of noise for most of the day on the Saturday we were there, which definitely interrupted the peaceful environment. ”
