Welcome to one of the largest properties within the Northstar Resort properties. This amazing house has 7 bedrooms / 5.5 baths with room for the whole family & friends! The home is a short distance to Northstar Village with lots of shops, restaurants, lifts and activities for the whole group. You will also have access to the Northstar Recreation Center which has a lap pool, kids pool, fitness center and much more! The home has a large attached garage, perfect for winter months, a large kitchen with 2 stoves for cooking and tons of space. Wifi (1000 mbps)and smart tv's for those that wish to stay connected!

Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire house, backyard and hot tub with a great view of the woods. Passes to the Northstar Recreation Center and pool are available with the house ($5 per guest per day). Free shuttle is available on call to take you anywhere within the Northstar resort area.


Neighborhood overview:

Great, safe neighborhood where the majority of houses are either owned and lived in or rented out for parts of the year as vacation properties. Close to the village area with shops, mountain access, restaurants, and entertainment.

Getting around:

Complimentary shuttle service is available, only a phone call away. Enough room for the whole group and happy to take you anywhere within the Northstar area.

Other Information:

Wonderful, large, updated “lodge style” house in the Northstar Properties located on the preferred Upper Mountain, 1 mile from the Village. One of the largest houses in the Northstar area, this property is able to comfortably host groups large groups (please see the reviews!).

Gourmet kitchen with new stainless appliances throughout with all of the amenities needed to cook a feast. Fully stocked laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Four floors of living space with a 1,200 sq ft loft/game room and separate wet bar.

Amenities include WiFi and smart tv's. All bedrooms come with air conditioning (seasonal) and most with an individual gas fireplace within for independent temperature control from the central heating. Sunny backyard and forest views from the outdoor patios (full sized grill located on the front deck and a jacuzzi on the back).

Guests have access to all of the Northstar Homeowners amenities and Recreation Center which includes: 3 outdoor hot tubs, Olympic size kid’s swimming pool with new water play features, heated lap pool, tennis courts (Northstar Tennis Program rated in the top 25 resorts nationally), saunas+showers, game room with billiards/air hockey/ping pong, updated health and fitness center. Massage therapy is also available, but for a more “luxe” experience we suggest going to the Ritz Carlton just up the hill for a massage.

Northstar Resort and Village is truly a destination for all seasons, featuring downhill and cross-country skiing/snowboarding, ice/roller skating rink, equestrian center, recreation center, fitness/gym center, multiple pools and premier tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, restaurants, shopping and galleries, summer mountain bike park, 24-hour security and complimentary shuttle service for owners and guests. Our home is located in a convenient location within the Northstar Properties, near the golf course and less than a mile away from the ski slopes, Village, Ritz Carlton Highlands and (only 15 min away from Lake Tahoe itself).

Village amenities also include: children’s ski school and day care, equipment rentals, season/day lockers, overnight ski and basket check.
