“Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.”

“Loved our stay in this well appointed apartment in the heart of it all. It is an older unit, but very clean. It is very affordable, clean, and in a fabulous location, which in our minds, more than makes up for a bit of roughness around the edges. There are 2 gorgeous decks, one that is private, and one that is shared. We used both of them- what a treat!”

“My wife and I have been coming to N.Truro since 1990. Our kids are on their own now but they grew up vacationing here since they were old enough to walk. N. Truro is far enough from P Town to enjoy peace and quiet and just a few minutes drive or take the shuttle bus to enjoy all that P Town offers, like picking up some tasty treats for breakfast at the Portuguese bakery . This unit was first rate, clean, right on the bay with a private beach with ample chairs. The property manager is a very nice……

“Property is a water front. Gorgeous views. Room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed. Only thing is in need of fixing is the screen door which was keep falling off. You need to bring your own hair dryer. Property is located close to PTown. We really enjoyed our stay and will def coming back. Property Manager Jonah is super sweet and accomodating.”

“We stayed for the weekend and were very happy. The room was clean and comfortable. Maybe a little on the smaller side for 2 people but it wasn't a big deal. The outside spaces were nice and I could definitely see us enjoying them in warmer weather (it was still on the cooler side while we were there.) The location was great, we could walk to Commercial Street in just a few minutes. ”

“I booked this little place for my boyfriend's birthday celebration and we had a great time. The house was small, but was nicely appointed. We could easily walk into town to enjoy ourselves. A bonus was that it was dog friendly and my puppy enjoyed himself so very much! I would recommend this property! Thank you. ”

“Stunning location however slightly let down by very tired appliances and lack of proper kitchen equipment (coffee maker for one person for ex.) along with tired furniture. We understand a kitchenette isn’t full size but newer, up to date appliances would make a huge difference. That said, property manager could not be more gracious and helpful.”

“There were 3 of us staying in this lovely 3rd floor walk-up 2 bedroom one bath apartment/condo. The outside stairs are sturdy and strong as don’t get scared by it being a walk-up. Very spacious place. Both mattress are very comfy. The location is PRIME! You have a bar, bakery, pizza, & dumplings across the street! Bathroom was great. Spacious standup shower. The only thing I would tell the owners is after this season upgrade the shower towels (maybe alittle bigger and more dense). Also……

“This location is really wonderfully located right on a private beach. We loved stepping out onto sand and loved the outdoor shower (Cold water only). We had perfect weather. We loved having our dog with us and some nice people staying in nearby rooms. We had some problems with the lock during the stay and needed to text and change the pass code. We loved the close proximity to Provincetown. I would have loved a nearby walking path. I felt a little confined. I would have been in paradise……

“What I liked was the oceanfront view and it's a step to the beach. It was quiet and easy parking overall. What I didn't like was the bathroom window blinds doesn't cover the entire window. People could still see through the bathroom window from the outside and leave you no privacy!! Really to improve that, otherwise, you don't have any privacy when you shower!! ”

“Everything was great. Loved all the extra little touches and decor. Comfortable bed and pillows were major plus. It was a little hard to find as the house sits behind another building and you need to access through a parking lot on side street. The lighting in bathroom wasn’t great. Glad I brought a travel mirror I could use near the skylight for doing makeup. Location was Perfect, short walk from Ferry. ”
