“We only stayed for one night, the lodge was newly renovated, very beautiful, but the facilities were incomplete. The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. She woke up early to bid farewell and helped me with luggage, which I appreciated. ”

“A unique setting in the mountains with wonderful views. The deluxe rooms offered a lot of privacy. Excellent service. Since the resort is out of town, the best place for dinners is at their expensive hotel restaurant.”

“We booked this hotel for one night, from april 10th to april 11th 2025, which happened to be the last day of our bhutan trip. The online pics looks great and we thought we would treat ourselves. We made the reservation using hotels.com and pre-paid online.When we showed up to check in around 4:30pm, the front desk person said that he did not have our names on the check in list. “Central in Paro.Paro is smaller than Thimbu and acording my oppinion more worth visiting. Depending of time of visit you may need varm clouth because nighttime it can be below 0 degrees celsius. It is amzing there still is a people not destroid by civilisation.They are genuin friendly and you will not see "white trash" in Bhutan.The fee 100 USD per night is used for free school and healthcare for the local people.
