“Man wird in dem Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen und wechselt immer gerne ein Wort an der Rezeption. Das Familienzimmer ist wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel eingerichtet. Für uns waren diese zwei Zimmer sehr wichtig, da wir als Freundinnen gereist sind. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist prima! Wir haben direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt. Man sollte vorher an der Rezeption fragen, wie die Parkregelungen sind, da diese von Monat zu Monat wechseln.”

“Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss.
We will definitely stay here again.”

“Great location to stay in Tsilivi, very central and everything easily walkable.
Katerina and Spiros were excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble for them and their team.
Pool area was very good as were the cocktails!

“Was a lovely villa and great location, nice and clean and tidy with regular visits from cleaners. The indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely including the pool which was always clean.The couple of small points for us that would have made it a 5 - we had a couple of small issues with communications as there seemed to be two teams we dealt with, so made it a little confusing who to contact and as such were a couple of small delays to queries (though always responsive, friendly and helpful).For us,……

“We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. “We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. “Uitstekend. Zeer vriendelijke host die het complex en de bar runde. Mooi en groot appartement, we zaten in Coco palm deluxe. Het zwembad is wat klein maar je loopt in 5 min naar de zee. Er is ook regelmatig schoongemaakt, heerlijk. We hebben alleen de jacuzzi niet gebruikt omdat we de leidingen niet vertrouwden op legionella.”

“The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs……

“酒店本身还行，房间非常大。洗手间也很大。房间里面的设施也比较全，有烧水壶还配电炉子。有锅等厨具，可以自己做饭。但是最关键的是位置实在太偏僻了。虽然来扎金索斯基本都需要租车才行，但是即使租车也很难找到这个酒店，周围环境完全就是个农村，牛和鸡的叫声随时都听得见。小路要绕很久才能到达。靠近tsilivi小镇，距离市中心和机场大概半小时路程。如果要吃饭什么的，除了在酒店，基本就得要开车10几分钟到旁边的tsilivi小镇才行。”

“Het zijn schone kamers en het hotel bevind zich op een fijne locatie. Het is er rustig, maar je hebt wel alles in de buurt. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden zijn aan de harde kant, maar wij kregen een extra topmatras waardoor het prima te doen was. Wij zouden het hotel in de toekomst zeker nog eens boeken!”

“All in all a fabulous stay at Ilios Hotel. I would thoroughly recommend it. The staff are friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is good and there is plenty of it. The pool is lovely, and quiet, no fighting for a sunbed. Would definitely stay again. ”
