“The living arrangements were in the character of traditional Japanese style with every amenity. Architecturally very Japanese with a beautiful outdoor garden for viewing. Traditional bathing setup and the host was attentive and friendly. ”
"Overall is good. Service is nice. The staff is enthusiastic and kind. There is one thing I would like to mention. We booked a "two bed + one sofa bed" room and indicated we have 2 adults and 2 children. However, the room supplies are all for 3 persons. Extra supplies are sent to us after communication but it is a little inconvenient for us.
There are washing machines in 9F but the amount is not enough. It is always occupied. Hope you can increase the numbers of washing machines if possible. "
