“Lovely big home. Comfy beds, new home and very comfortable. Was a bit tricky maneuvering the streets as there are cars parked everywhere and little streets but small complaint.”

“The accommodation was very clean and tidy, no complaints.The issue I had was that I put into search Pukekohe as my choice of destination. The ad for this place had photos of the unit, which was accurate, but also a photo of the Monarch hotel in Pukekohe at night which- makes it look like that was where the accommodation was. It wasn't until much later that my confirmation came through that night I saw that it was Wattle downs which I accepted because of the time and Wattle Downs is a good area.……

“Four friends from Norway had a relaxing time at Clarks Beach. The house was modern and the area was great for sunbathing, walking on the beach, for a swim when the water was high tide or going to a beach close by to deeper water. We had a car and could discover the wonderful area around the West Coast. ”

“My friends and I got into a pickle with accommodation last week for the weekend and these guys really saved all our plans. Communication was fantastic and quick replies. House in a beautiful location, so nice to be out in the countryside. However the house does need some tcl inside and out, gardens overgrown, carpet stains, wallpaper peeling, house was musty(nothing some fresh air and perfume spray can't fix) etc. But honestly the house as a whole was big and perfect for what we needed it for.……

“Worst place to stay.. fake listing considered as fraudulent. You do not get entire house as listed. Host and his family stay in the house. Noisy and talking at late night. Not suppose to use as the rental accommodation if host and whole family still live in the house especially with noisy children ”

“Boojed for 11 people & the house is Beautiful , well kept, clean & tidy.Quiet suburb, near to amenities. Just a suggestion though if the shower cubicles could be larger for taller & bigger people.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Wendy and Alan were friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, right down to a rental car when we had trouble getting one. Wendy took us into Auckland to make sure everything went smoothly for us. Our VRBO was outstanding and lovely. Their place was absolutely beautiful. If we ever go back we will definitely book there for another stay. We loved the swimming pool as well, so relaxing.”

“Do not stay at this place!! Very misrepresented. Over priced. Smells like sewer or gas leak. Rodents everywhere. Tucked behind another house, hard to access. This place can't be legal for human occupation. Does not appear to be built to code. Beds are horrible, still recovering from severe back pain due to extremely lumpy beds. We had to buy air mattresses, pillows, & extra blankets. Three of our party of four were sick and had to leave a day earlier than our booking. My 74 year old sister could……
